There are two typical types of roving; direct and assembled roving.
Assembled roving is one type of strand that is wound onto a mandrel with an additional process; gathering or assembling of strands.
CHARACTERISTICS:
It is possible to increase the mechanical properties and fiber volume because there is no twist during the spinning process and it is also treated with a binder to improve impregnation for each process.
